The forge began over a decade ago as a small garage shop run by a single blacksmith. Since then, it has evolved into a family partnership where tradition and creativity thrive. Charles and Somer work side by side, blending generations of expertise with a shared vision for the craft.

Charles - Head Blacksmith
With over 40 years of experience in blacksmithing, Charles is the heart and soul of White Rose Forge. Having apprenticed under two of California’s master smiths he has refined his craft and built a foundation in traditional techniques. Charles has traveled the world, learning from centuries-old forges and drawing inspiration from the rich history of metalwork across different cultures. Every piece forged at White Rose Forge Reflects Charles’ legacy of excellence and his commitment to the timeless craft of blacksmithing.
Somer - Journeyman
Somer has been honing her skills in blacksmithing since the age of 13 and brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience to White Rose Forge. As a dedicated journeyman, she passionately works toward earning the esteemed title of a blacksmith. Growing up around the forge, Somer has developed a deep respect for the craft and is constantly expanding her knowledge and techniques. Her enthusiasm and commitment to mastering the trade ensure that every piece she works on embodies creation and creativity.
